Workforce Valuation Template

The replacement cost method is the most commonly used method to valuing workforces. This method estimates the cost to re-create a workforce from scratch. The assembled workforce is not a separately identifiable intangible asset for reporting purposes but is sometimes calculated to support the value of other identifiable intangible assets.
